Chip Control Shield
The  project adds a protective shield to my mill to protect from hazardous  chips that fly in all directions.  The design is quite simple and easily made.  The shield can be held in place by an adjustable arm attached directly to the milling machine or by a   magnetic base . The dimensions are 32 cm x 20 cm x 3 mm thick.
	1. The shield consists of an acrylic sheet and  aluminum  strip  held in place on an adjustable arm.  No holes need  be drilled in the milling machine.
	2. The shield's position is adjustable.
	3. The shield held  by adjustable arm.
	4.  Shield mounted on lathe  using magnetic base.
